as for me, I'm in none yet but may join the ACLU when I hit 18.
I'm a member of the Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies and student member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and donate to The Singularity Institute for Artificial Intelligence.
I am not a member of the Republican or Democratic parties.

I am a member of the Young Labor movement in my state of Australia, it's an organization of 18-26 yr olds interested in the Labor cause, it's apart of the Labor Party itself, it's also closely linked to the Union movement. I have also been involved with socialist movements in my university.

I'm involved in the JGCLC, which is a non-partisan student group that is interested in Civic Leadership, Civic Activism, Public Policy and Public Service.
Other than that, I think I'm still a registered Republican, although I don't know if they want yearly dues or something. I haven't paid any of those. Nor have I participated in any activities, and my ballot was firmly split in the mid-term elections.

none, oh well if we're including NS ones... Punks & Pirates Party.
I guess, loosely, I could be called an Austrian. I have no desire, however, to associate with the Republicans, and most certainly want absolutely nothing to do with the Democratic Party, whom I loathe and despise above all things.

Stop calling yourself that. You're an American. Austria is a country, and only people from that country are Austrians. Fans of individual Austrian economists and intellectuals are not somehow Austrian themselves.

None yet, but when I hit 18 I intend to join the ACLU and to register as a Democrat.
If there were more moderate environmentalist groups, who weren't under the control of the loonies, I might join one of them.
And I'm on everybody and their neighbor's political mailing lists, from all the letters I've sent through organizations, and all the petitions I've signed.
I'm in the NBCyIpsWP, I'm an NSGMP, and all the other stuff in my sig.

Yeah, I only pay dues to the AAAS because it also gets me a subscription to Science magazine. I mean, even thought I support their work strongly, I do need good reason to pay my $75 per year, especially given how much money the organization gets from philanthropists and its scientist members.
And I don't thing I can actually join the SIAI, so I just donate money instead.

You and your three friends, then?
I didn't even know they still existed...I figured most socialists had long since bailed to other parties, even before the USSR collapsed. I mean, the last time I could see being a member of the CPUSA was during the 50's and 60's when it actually worked pretty well in the Eastern Bloc.

i don't know much about the AAAS's activities, but judging by the quality of Science and its relationship to the National Academy of Sciences, it is probably corrupt. feel free to correct this though, because i would like to hear otherwise.

Admittedly I don't know how much they cheat with statistics, but presently the membership is claimed to be about 15,000.
If rough memory serves me, they garnered about 30,000 votes when they ran Gus Hall in 1984, the last time they ran a presidential candidate - since then, they've been endorsing the Democrats.

Few of the pro-Soviet parties are as hard-line as they once were. The Trotskyists and Maoists have been making a big deal of it for decades.

None. I have loose affiliations, but I haven't formally joined anything.
I was thinking about joining the PA, that's Procrastinators of America, but I just never got around to it.
I was in a union for my first job and I hated every fucking minute of it. I stayed on the family health plan because it was better than what the union offered, I actually got scolded for lending a hand off the clock when I stopped in for my check, I was scolded for not taking breaks, they were constantly posting anti-Sprawl*Mart stuff in the break room, and the worst part was that I couldn't work there if I wasn't in it. First jobs are a bitch. Still, it paid for what I needed.
Did I mention I hate unions?

I was surprised no one had used that joke yet. I'm also a member of the ACLU, and I don't know if you'd consider Medecins Sans Frontieres a political organization, but I've given them donations in the past and strongly support their work.

Sorry, but you're way mistaken on this. The average American worker is getting abused daily, in ways they weren't getting abused twenty-five years ago which was roughly the last time we had a real union force in the US.
