The High Life

So I've moved into my new apartment, with a veiw of the latest warehouse-turned luxury apartment and down to the rolex-laden executive exchanging words with the jogging gay photographer, none of which is of interest because I'M SOOOOO HIGH!
By which I mean "I never inhaled" and that'll be recycled tag-line when I lumber into politics in the next few years.

I love being above the 15th floor in apartment near busy roads, because then the traffic has that incredibly soothing "ssssssssssss" sound, and the view is amazing.
My brother lives on an 18th floor apartment, and I go over his house just to sleep on some afternoons, since its walking distance from my school...

I loved my old apartment, which was on the seventh floor of a complex in Center City Philadelphia. I had a corner apartment too, so I could see all the way down Market street towards University City, and far out to the south side.

i'm only on the 4th floor and all i can see is my sky getting gradually encroahed upon by the construction of a new apartment block across the road. although i thing highrise buildings would totally spoil the skyline here so i won't complain... well only a little.

I figured there might, might be a town called Edinburgh in NJ that I wasn't aware of. As there are a lot of towns in NJ that I'm not aware of.

As a former resident of (New) Jersey, and a current user of Google (:p), I can confidently tell you that there is no Edinburgh, New Jersey.

That works.
Yeah, apartment views can be awesome sometimes.

Yeah... I just thought about how I'd get off the floor if there was a fire. Wheelchairs FTL. :p

Lucky bastard!
I stayed at a hotel in Center City Philly. It had a balcony, and it was a saturday night. It's so fun watching drunks walk around from 12 stories up!

If you're looking for a place, try and find out about any openings at 2121 Market Street. If you're familiar with Center City at all, it's where Trader Joe's is.
I forget how much the pricing was.

I'm in a townhome. Ordinarily the view from a second story wouldn't be great, but I'm also halfway up a tallish hill, so my view from the front bedroom is all of downtown Colorado Springs spread out before me (at night, with the lights, it's pretty). From the back bedroom I see mountains.
Nothing wrong with getting high...
