Question: can you get sued for posting footage taken 45 years ago by some hippie with a black&white camera in a foreign country... for copyright violation? Mind you, the content in the video is mostly traditionally covered songs dating back 65 years ago?

I mean, I can see how they'd remove a video ripped off of a DVD, but bootleg footage from a concert in the '60s? Oh, and not just delete the video, but delete the person's account? Come on, lighten up motherfuckers. I say the last bit in the most derogatory way possible.

the chemistry i failed to day despite studying for 4 hours

the physics test that i am going to fail tomorrow, because i don't understand what we are doing and my teacher makes no sense when he teaches it, and how i just waisted 5 hours studying and i still don't under stand it there for leading to another failed test tomorrow.

Lucky for you. With my brother, saying "I don't smoke weed and I found this weed pipe on the street" sounds as pathetic as saying "The dog ate my homework". The sad thing is that it's true and he doesn't smoke weed, but my dad won't believe him when he eventually finds it.

i'm trying to decide what subject to write a paper on. i had to hand in my subject today, but i didn't, that's stupid. the hardest part is finding a subject and then finding 5 articles on it. pfff, stupid small work-stuff, they take like 3 months of our year with their exams and then they expect us to write papers about medical psychology :mad: .

i'm also deciding wether to buy a CD or to wait till i can steal it.

i can tell you that glitzi has amazingly curly hair, and you wouldn't want it... its absolutely beautiful to look at (:D) but its hell to brush - used to take her over 40 minutes to do it, and it was painful just to watch :(
thank god she's now got a new technique (brush in shower with conditioner on) heh :p
