...if someone signs an agreement that is governed by English law, then even if they are from a country other than England, they still have to be subject to English law regarding the agreement. So I was wondering - can I make a document that is governed by "PJ law" (I'm PJ) as long as I have already written such law? Would it be legally enforceable? And could I include in the law or the agreement that all cases relating to PJ law must be dealt with under the English legal system in a manner that does not contradict PJ law?
