Here's an incomprehensive lesson on the essential vocabulary of the Finnish language. Since there are more words than I can count for both body parts, I'll just list the most common ones.
Penis:
Whereas the most common official medical term is 'penis', also 'siitin' is often used in that way.
'Pippeli' is a non-offensive word, mainly used by small children. Another, less common one, is 'klinu'.
'Muna' is possibly the most common word, rather neutral. Alternatively in the plural form, 'munat', it means the testicles. The word also means an egg.
Somewhat offensive ones are 'mulkku' and 'kyrpä'. They can also be used, when you want to let someone know that he's not a nice person, as in, "you're a dick".
Other words include 'lerssi', 'jorma', 'jortikka', and 'vehje'. These are not very offensive, and are primarily used in light conversation.
Vagina:
'Vagina' is used as a medical term, as well as 'emätin'. Small children usually call it 'pimppi'.
The most common word is 'pillu', but it's rather offensive. I don't think there are any good neutral everyday words for it besides 'vagina'.
'Vittu' is possibly the most offensive word in our language. In its use, it's very similar to 'fuck' as a curse word, although it's even more versatile. For example, verbs such as 'vituttaa'* and 'vittuilla'** are common derivatives of the word.
*(=to be pissed off, annoyed, or depressed. Interestingly, the literal translation is "to be in the mood for some ****")
**(=to attack verbally and intentionally offend)
In general, words for vagina are far more offensive than words for penis. 'Vittu' is one of the most common words used for cursing, but other than that, most of our curse words come from religion.
Breasts:
The direct translation is 'rinnat', but by far the most common word is 'tissit'. It's mildly offensive, and should be avoided when women are around.

As for Swedish:
Penis and vagina are the medical terms, non-offensive, and relatively casually used.
The most casual, common word for penis that is non-offensive is snopp. Snorre is also sometimes used. There is also a massive load of slang (goes for both body parts) which I, being a solitary nerd, don't hang around people nearly enough to have heard and memorized.
For vagina, though I have as of yet never heard it used in conversation apart from when the word itself was discussed, slida is non-offensive.
Then there are the equivalents of cock and **** - kuk och fitta. They are equivalently among the strongest swear words, and used as exclamations as well as insults. (kuk often in the form of kukhuvud - cockhead)
Fassigen

Penis = penis or "manslem" and vagina = vagina or "slida" (lit. sheath, as in "sword sheath") in Swedish, unsurprisingly since they are Latin words. Both have a medical ring to them, especially vagina.
"Snopp" or "pitt" are neutral word for penis. The corresponding neutral word for vagina is "snippa". Both "snopp" and "snippa" are used by children.
Offensive words for penis are kuk (cock), task (dick) and balle (used to denote the penis and testicles as a unit). There are many, many more.
Offensive words for vagina are fitta (****, and is of equal offensive value as the English equivalent - it used to mean literally "moist meadow", bit it is uncertain if the meadow got its name from the **** or the **** from the meadow, in any case, it didn't used to be offensive at all, which can make reading certain 16th century texts quite hilarious), mutta (somewhere between pussy and ****), mus (pussy). Even here, there are many, many more.

Sunni is Tamil for vagina? One you'd perhaps want to avoid using in central Iraq...
Edit: on closer examination, it seems you're saying it means penis. I'm not sure which would be funnier.
