Two questions about Firefox:
1) What was the solution to the settings getting lost when an update? There was one posted here sometime last year - it involved deleting an rdf file in the profiles folder, and I can't remember it or find it online...
2) I've turned off the spell checker, but I'm still getting properly spelled words that aren't in the dictionary (like "Daistallia"...) underlined in red. It's annoying. Anybody know how to fix it?

I think I was the one with that problem, but I don't remember that rdf thing. It has happened to me again, too. Curses.
What happened last time was that slowly but surely everything just came back except my theme and stumble, which I just went and reloaded.
I don't start that many threads, so now it should be easy to find that thread.

Nope. I'd checked that one already. The thread I'd been looking for was a lot older, as well. (Thanks anhway. :))
I checked bugzilla, I don't understand most of it but there was something about deleting localstore.rdf

Does anybody else have problems with the bookmarks randomly disappearing? It really bugs me having to put them back up every few weeks. :headbang: (Only happens with the bookmarks though, themes generally stay (unless it's incompatible with an updated version or whatever).
Has happened with every version I've had (been using FF for a long time), and across two computers (so it's not to do with the computer).

Yes. I haven't (I keep my bookmarks online), but it's a fairly common bug, apparently. See my post above for the solution.
