That show is kept afloat solely by the people who watch it just to mock it, it's so bad it's good...
The conservative Daily Show rip-off is airing a second episode on Fox News at 10PM EST (about 10 minutes). It may be bad, but like some ugly origami, you can't help but watch it unfold.

And they couldnt even make it to 10:30. They barely made 23 mins with commercials!

You have never revealed yourself to be further from Coulter than right now. She never backs down from something she's done or said, but will defend and spin it until either everyone gets bored and quits looking at her or Michael Ironsides makes her head explode.

Out of all the hours of the evening, I had to take a phone call during the part of the one half-hour segment in which the show aired. Not even during a commercial -- during the show itself. Just like last time. :headbang:
Anyway, from what I did see, this episode is even worse than the first one. The opening setting wasn't even ridiculous or intentionally funny... it was just... "blah". Like "President Limbaugh" running the country flawlessly? WTF? How was that funny?
Lets see here, insinuation that liberals had abusive fathers, and a recital of funny Arabic names followed by hearty canned laughter.
Just as eye-gaugingly bad as last time.

Nope. Not even catching up. It was shallow, loosely based political sketch comedy.
And the Daily show hits 11:29 or 11:30 every night.
The shot about being bad at playground games made me laugh though.

You know, maybe they're mocking themselves and intentionally creating a horrible piece of crap to bring down Fox News.
How are they "binging down" Fox News? From NSGeneral alone, it sounds like they've tapped into a new viewing audience, not only that, but an audience that they'd probably written-off as unreachable ever since they started broadcasting.
This could be the most brilliant thing they've ever done.
And that includes giving Geraldo Rivera his own show and theorizing about the contents of Anna Nicole Smith's fridge.
The show is so terrible, but according to Zap2It, it is getting pretty decent ratings.

A weekly format might help them maintain their novelty for a month or so, and then, if the audience starts to drop off Fox can quietly kill the show after its first season closes and return to their regularly scheduled, up-to-the-minute reporting on the decomposition of Anna Nicole Smith.
It's not as if they've really lost anything, in fact, they've probably already pulled in a handful of regular viewers through the publicity that this mess has brought them.

But how much of that is people who were already watching Hannity's show and feel like watching something 5% less retarded.
