Oh please.

Also, 2000AD is the only comic I've ever bought more than once, save the beano. I fucking love Rogue Trooper.

Haven't read it in more years than the average NSer has been alive, probably. :(

The Dark Judges rocked my world. And Strontium Dog rules.

Yes. Everyone liked Anderson, but even she lacked something in comparison to Judge Death and his friends. All crime is commited by the living, so they made living a crime. Sweet.

I also really liked the basic idea of 'Red Razors' - the Sov-Block judges storyline, although it went rapidly silly, and then just collapsed on itself. (All Sov judges are reformed perps... next series, only one is?)

But SD was best. I sometimes wonder why there was no SD movie. Then I think about what they did to Dredd, and I am glad there's no movie.

(Seriously - I mean, Stallone as Dredd is bad enough, but - taking of the helmet?)

Wow, that looks awesome. It doesn't sound like much is happening with that, but do you know if there are any compilations or neophyte's guides or anything like that in publication?

I believe that some of the stories have been collected and published separately. I think a company called "Titan Press"(?) released the collected versions of Judge Dredd stories, a few years back. There were four or five books at that time, each collecting together one or more complete story arcs.

I believe there have also recently been compiled a few Strontium Dog collections. (3, I think). Other 2000AD franchises, I'm not so sure.

There have been video games of both "Judge Dredd" and "Rogue Trooper".

I used to. I still have issues 2 up to 1200-something at my parents home (assuming they haven't chucked them out or anything:( ).

But I can't find it anywhere here in HK, so sadly have stopped reading it the last couple of years. I emailed 2000AD asking if there are any shops here that sold them, but got no reply. I've considered getting a subbie, but they were charging a fortune for the airmail costs last time I checked.
