If you could have a gourmet chef make you the perfect meal, what would you choose? Price is no object. Make us all drool. :p

SASHIMI. I am like a porpoise; if there is a massive amount of raw fish available, I would eat it.

I meant Mediterranean food but what the hey? calcium makes up the bones in our body and phosphate is a key ingredient to DNA, life couldn't exist without it! :p *grabs large oceanic rock and starts chewing on it*

Appetizer: French Onion Soup/Manhattan Style Clam Chowder
Entree: Peppercorn New York Steak Strip (8 oz), Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Glazed Carrot Strips.

Caesar Salad
Paneer Pakora (basically cheese cubes covered in chick pea batter and fried to a crisp. Fricking delicious)
Vodka sauce pizza
Hummus and Pita platter
Gulab Jamun (basically cheese batter rolls, fried and served in a thick syrupy sugar sauce)

Were I to ever get all of these in a single meal, my head would likely explode in such a fiery burst of extreme pleasure that the ensuing remnant would form a black hole.

I'm feeling very local today, so..

Bleenies and bean soup. Or a cheesesteak.

A gyro would be kick ass too.

And a nice iced tea.

Plate of smoked Salmon and freshly baked rolls, still warm from the oven.

Of course, that's what I'm in the mood for now of course. My perfect meal has a habit of changing depending on how I feel.

Medium-rare filet. (pair with Cabernet Sauvignon) or Salmon poached with dill in white wine (pair with a good Pinot Blanc)

Steamed broccoli with butter.

I don't need a chef to make the perfect meal - I can do it myself:
