A very educational site.
Here's the history of the Middle East, from the beginning of recorded history, in maps.

Yeah, that was educational, there is some blatant political campaigning here though: http://www.mapsofwar.com/ind/american-wars.html - why else would you correlate the parties with the wars they took the country into? It's not like its the same people in the party from one decade to the next. If it was showing how the parties had changed over time, that would be interesting, but instead they just pit them against each other over such a long period that it's meaningless.

Kind of neat. Last school semester, my World History teacher used this same site to show us how the attack on Pearl Harbor was carried out.

It also lists Washington as President from 1775 to to 1797.
The Democratic Party wasnt exactly responsible for getting us in WWII (dont start), and plus it was a different party then.

Yeah, there were a lot of Klan members openly in the Democratic Party back then...

Well, at least you noted that it was "back then." Which party do the Citizen Councils now most openly identify with now? Hmmm? I'm sure if you ask Haley Barbour. George Allen would probably know as well.

We could ask the Senator from West Virginia.
And the point goes whizzing right over your pointy little head. I'm talking about today, not fifty years ago. Duh.
Gah! Fucking time warps.

West Point also has a very good map library online, with individual units and such listed. You should check that out if you want excellent mappage.

Those West Point maps are awesome. I've used those before in my Civil War class.

I posted a thread about this site a couple months back. Pretty nifty site, not very informative but it does offer a unique sense of perspective that's hard to come by when dealing with history. Like world history condensed for those with a short attention span...
Honestly though, you can't claim to draw many solid conclusions from it. It’s nice, but far too shallow.
