i wish hehe... no, i have to select every letter from a list, hardly the most efficient way to type which is why i dont bother with capital letters ;)

Nice on, I could almost zig it :) Sadly the Wii's internet capabillities are somewhat crippled, so I'm back on my puter instead where I can write 120 words a minute instead of 30 letters ;)

To add a Wii, you click the little "letter" icon in the main Wii menu (the one with the channels) and then click on the pen and paper. Then click on the address book and then register.

I've got one. Zelda is the best game ever. But typing isn't great, which is why I'm on a computer. Everybody Votes Channel is pretty cool also.

Its just what you said it was, the calendar and "message board" you find when clicking that little envelope... seems you have to add both ways though*gnaaah*. So for Miis to interact both ends have to add eachothers numbing numbers... why they couldn't go for email adresses or something similar is beyond me...

God for you. Personally, i'm fine with posting from a PC.

well, I assume after a while you could get used to it. disappointing that the wii doesn't have the proper drivers to support usb keyboards though.

This is a perversion of reality. Game consoles are not allowed to connect to the internet: that's why PCs are superior in that regard for allowing actual multiplayer gaming. Consoles should not be allowed to be internet capable!

Wii . . . that name gives me joy!! hahaah just kidding.
Actually i played a box game on that console, it took me about 3 hours to stop playing it, it felt so good to move the controler, and to see that most of my actions were visible on the screen.

In all seriousness, though, I'm vageuly contemplating getting a Wii at some point, so I figure I'll ask here: is it possible to patch it into the internet via my computer? Our internet connection is through a wireless router, the router being located in a room where putting the Wii would be...how should I put it...a bad idea, if I had to connect it directly to the router.

Hehe, vageuly... I stood outside the store screaming just to order one;) And now when it arrived I rushed half an hour early from work just to get there sooner... today friends are coming over for that lovely golf-tennis-bowling goodness :D

Well, there is an ethernet adapter to be made avalible. But if the wireless router has some decent coverage you should be fine with having it a bit away...

IMO he does not want to see it.. he wants to play with it. :cool:
