On the other hand, I think that putting all of the >200 countries on a poll isn't practical. Maybe s/he thought that people from Britain, US and Australia are more likely to post here than those from, let's say, Côte d'Ivoire, El Salvador, or Laos. That's why s/he lumped them into regions. This is coming from a person who hails from the 'others'.

The purpose of this thread is simply curiosity. And as for the Middle East and South America not being countries, the number of options allowed weren't enough to list all the countries that would have been needed. So I had to include regions, which is why I said "or region".

It certainly looks like the US is winning, doesn't. But it won't be over 'til it's over.
