How can I embed links into World Factbook Entry, into Telegrams or into Messages from regional members. <a href="link">blahbalh </a> does not work,
but I have seen it done at some places.
The wikipedia style of coding won't work either.

AFAIK you can't.

just type the URL out in underlined text, people will copy paste it, although you should probably be careful what you link to. ;)
