I decided you can all share my joy, now that the patch for my favorite pc game finally got released :)
-If you are not interested in video/pc games please stop reading at this point. If you are, you might as well widen your horizon about existing games and mods.
The game is called Strikeforce, and is a mod for Unreal Tournament 2004. It already exists over 6-7 years and has a loyal fanbase. In the beginning it was seen as a real competitor against counter strike, since it added a bit more speed and arcade into the fps genre.
However due to internal problems, programmers quitting, not getting paid. Sloppy works on later patches, the game fell from grace and is now more of a classic mod for old time fps players, it still has a small loyal vibrant community.
The new patch was made solely from volunteers who used to play the game, and so was made back in the likeness of its beginnings when it was one of THE games to play among mods.
