I use winamp mostly. What do you like?

Winamp is pretty much the best (unless you are obsessed with sound quality, in which case there are some more advanced media players out there but have crap interfaces) but windows media player probably has better ease of use.

For video, MPlayer (it's not WMP).

For audio, Foobar2000.

I use Realplayer 10 for audio, and DivX for video.

iTunes for mp3s.

I tried winamp a few years back. I didn't like it, so I stick with WMP, and I have no complaints.

i use winamp as well, but it's annoying cuz it takes ages to load and slows everything else down as it does.

i had one called media monkey or something for a while. that was alright. can't remember why i got rid of it now.

edit: yeh, and divx for movies. or whatever they load in if they're straight off t'interwebs.

Music player or media player?
Media Player Classic is the best media player.
I use MediaMonkey for music.

QuickTimes and RealPlayer are intrusive trash.

I'd say iTunes, with the FoxyTunes Firefox plugin. And when I'm playing a processor-intensive or crash-prone game, I hook my iPod into my computer's audio-in jack. The iPod plays without taking up processing power or RAM, and if the computer crashes, it doesn't skip or stop.

WinAmp and Media Player Classic, with Windows Media Player occasionally for playing CDs (RIP cdplayer :().
