The Chinese seem to love them. They're a big seller this Valentine's day. It seems purple is the Chinese color for romance. Anyway, the new purple potato is being sold in salads, cooked dishes, and as a sweet drink. Would you eat them? http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/6353403.stm

they could of sent anything into space and they sent potatoes….

Yes I would eat one but it would have to be mashed and smothered in gravy like all good potatoes should:)

I've eaten the purple potato before, but not one sent into space.
