I love Get Fuzzy. Do you read Pearls Before Swine? That's my favorite comic.

I love Pearls Before Swine. Where else can you get horrifically tasteless jokes about...EVERYTHING?
I love that one where Rat dresses as a dominatrix for Wolf Blitzer.
"Have you been a baaddd boy wolfy?"

Darknovae's the "NS pancake" for reasons I don't recall.
The comic's funny because it takes the line about wanting some pancakes to warm up literally. The dog asks the cat if he wants some pancakes to warm up, which we expect to be as a hot breakfast (the relavance factor below). But the cat doesn't want to eat them, he wants to literally warm up using them as heating pads (the surprise factor below).
And now for the possibly over the top explanation:
Another explanation is that the essence of humour lies in two ingredients; the relevance factor and the surprise factor. First, something familiar (or relevant) to the audience is presented. (However, the relevant situation may be so familiar to the audience that it doesn't always have to be presented, as occurs in absurd humour, for example). From there, they may think they know the natural follow-through thoughts or conclusion. The next principal ingredient is the presentation of something different from the audience's expectations, or else the natural result of interpreting the original situation in a different, less common way (see twist or surprise factor).

No, she had a poll asking her gender, Pancake was the joke option, and the rest is history.

That thread was still alive not long ago, or was temporarily revived I can't remember.

Look at the time stamp for the OP. Then go to the comic for when it was posted. Looking at today's comic when the OP was about yesterday's isn't going to make much sense. ;)
(I'm really trying to resist a dig about being able to read dates... :))

Oh, was that before or after Posi's famous Pancreas option?
