Tokyo, Japan. Always wanted to go there, although Honolulu is basically a miniature Tokyo with all the Japanese tourists.

The Democratic Republic of the Congo (provided it ever becomes safe).
If absolutely everyone other than one person (who could be a convenient tour guide, I suppose) there died, it would be safe. Even if only 2 people were alive, there'd be a very tiny civil war, due to the excellent resource potential there.

Favorite spot in the US is the Hawaiin islands. My favorite foreign nation outside of Morocco is Italy. I love Roman history and this place has no shortage of it.

Most of it was safe from 1970 until the late 80s-early 90s.
