Okay, so Stockbridge, GA is pretty little, too, but the flower shop is safe (http://wsbradio.com/news/020507stockbridge.html) for now.
On Thursday, the Georgia Court of Appeals upheld a Henry County judge's 2006 ruling that the city couldn't condemn and acquire the Meeks' property and shop for their sprawling town center project.
And the Stockbridge mayor isn't going to purse the condemnation after this decision.
