The people of the Central African Republic have never had it easy - "Emperor" Bokassa springs to mind - but if this is any indication, hopefully things will improve in the future. We can hope, anyway.

Good news of course, but its still leagues away from solving all the problems. If the root cause isn't solved the country's future is still uncertain....

Well, this is no bad thing, of course. Hopefully, this will allow the government to concentrate on the real issues facing the people of the CAR (as much as current situations allow) instead on fighting.
