Put it in a sturdy package. Tape it up. Then, TG me and I'll send you an address you should mail it to promptly.

Open it up, taking care not to damage any of the parts inside. Carefully insert as much C4 explosive as you can into the case, then close it up again.
Detonate.
Problem solved. No computer, no table.
No house, possibly no street.

I think the point might be that everyone has a computer (or is at least using one, if they're here) and everyone has computer problems from time to time.
I've answered technical problem questions before, but I'm not answering your thread because I've decided it isn't NSG business.
I've posted some dumb threads myself, I'm not claiming to be some kind of saint ... just, there are plenty of forums where people talk about nothing but computers and their problems, even if a simple Google won't solve it for you.
OK, I've just read your problem. You have the internet, obviously. Google the name of your problem program and go the freaking site. Read the freaking FAQ. Jeez.

No shit.
It'd work. Guy asked how he could solve his problem, I gave a possible solution. QED.

I was getting worried when the second message wasn't about blowing it up. ;)

Sorry this got you so worked up. I didn't know that NSG had business.

Yeah, I guess that was excessively forceful and not really polite.
But I gave you advice, and if your response is "I'm too lazy to do that. Won't someone fix it for me?" I will become considerably ruder.

I do appreaciate the advise, but I don't remember asking anyone to fix the problem for me. I believe my responses to this tread and the one I started prove that I can take some good natured ribbing. And if you choose to be rude I guess that is your choice. Thanks again for your suggestion regarding the computer problem.

Very Cheap.
put the computer and monitor on a small pillar of cement blocks. type with keyboard on lap, use text book as mouse pad.
Cheap
by one of those trays that you can put the monitor on, and the keyboard underneath. place CPU under table.
Expensive
get rid of the monitor, buy a flat panel monitor. place CPU under table.
Very expensive
Buy a desk, new CPU, New Monitor, put whole setup in your room.
