Now,I'm not saying they didn't have the right to just put those signs up, and I'm not saying the city didn't have a right bring them to court, but seriously, has the world gotten this scared? It was just a silly blinking light.

Anyways, in this story, I think the city over reacted, but that's my opinion, and the opinion of a lot of people, according to the article, but, that is nothing compared to the opinion of NSG, and so, I ask, what do you think, Over reaction?
