In order to counter the overwhelming power and monopoly the NS General Parliament has, I hereby decree that we "other" denizens of NS start a NS General Senate to balance the power of the NS General Parliament.

NOTE: Unlike Parliament, party membership is not a factor. You just need to announce you are running for whatever state, country, province, et cetera...and then someone will hopefully challenge you. I'll figure out voting later...

EDIT: You can run for a major city like Toronto, New York City, London, but it's not preferred.

There is one seat per location. Any seats contested by more than one person will be subject to election. If only one person wants a seat, then they automatically get it.
