Who was it that recently pronounced coup (as in de tat) as 'coop'? I'm guessing it was a politician. Then again it might be from a West Wing episode or something...

It is supposed to be more or less pronounced as the coop in Cooper (though without the p) - so.. everyone :p ?

If you mean as co-op.. no idea.
