Twice a day, three if it's a special occasion. Once if I decided to sleep instead of getting ready for school in the mornings. Which is very rare, but not completely unheard of.

Perhaps this is why you failed at chicks?

I brush two times a day, sometimes three if I think I need it. I also floss every night, rinse with that Extreme Listerine stuff twice a day and use a whitening Listerine solution every morning.

I got in a habit of brushing twice a day a few months ago. Then again, I wasn't so stressed out then... Now, I brush my teeth, oh, maybe three times a month.

Maybe. Then again, I drink a lot of water during the day, and I wash my mouth out in the shower (basically, it's just getting water in my mouth and swishing it around, though this town's tap water is quite mineral-rich).

I brush mine every day. Multiple times depending on the situation.

At least once a day, most times twice. My oral hygeine may not be the best, but if it gets late in the day and I realize I haven't brushed my teeth yet I suddenly feel like my teeth have grown fur. Blaaaaaaarg!
Unfortunately I rarely floss. That string dragging between my teeth has kind of a fingernails on chalkboard effect on me. The dentist will have to continue complaining.

The same, except I'll sometimes skip at night, never morning, if it's real late and I want to just go to sleep. I don't floss much though as I can never get the string between by backteeth, even the dentists has trouble geting it in there and they have much beter leverage than me for shoving it in.

My dentist says I keep getting them around the gumline because I'm single handedly keeping Coca-Cola in business.

Good habit of soda drinkers or anyone for that matter.. throughout day swish with water. Gets rid of more in your mouth and on the teeth than you'd think.

Never used that. I'd switch if it leaves a nasty taste. Is it the kind that you are suppose to not drink anything for a while after use? I'd think after swishign with it and then swishing with water would get rid of it.

I use a few different mouth washes atm.. Targon, Plax or Whitening pre brush, and usually swish with ACT afterward. I use to could swish with regular listerine and not flinch.. now it makes my eyes water lol. Got out of the habit of using it, still got a bottle in my bathroom...I need to start using it again and flossing.

ACT is a good after brush rinse. Comes in cinnamon or mint and tastes good. You don't rinse or drink anything for 30 minutes after use.

I'm glad they have started making toothpastes and mouthwashes in something besides mint. In the days of my youth the only non-mint toothpaste I could find was Tom's of Maine, which was only available at health food stores. I hate mint.

everyday, occaisionally twice, and i've recently got in the habit of using mouthwash whenever i brush. despite this, i have pretty good teeth, never needed a filling and never had toothache that was not attributable to teeth movement. although somedays i'm so lethargic i don't even bother brushing, showering or finding clean clothes unless i have to leave the flat, sometimes not even then if it's just to go to the shops.

Twice a day, sometimes once. Followed by ACT mouthwash.

My teeth attract cavities, it's like they hide nearby waiting for me to get lazy... My dentist tells me that they hide in my cans of Barq's Root Beer, and doesn't seem to understand how "don't have any" can be seen as the worse option!

Most of the Enamel has been brushed away probably.

But I won't go all DENTISTY...

Twice a day for 3 minutes (that's how long it takes folks, sorry). Any less wouldn't be good considering the job I do...
Also, there's no point in using mouthwash unless you have either:
a) bad breath
or
b) bad gums (or bad general oral hygiene).

If you floss, and it's not really that important, again unless you have bad oral hygiene, then be careful not to jam it into your gums, it'll only make things worse.

Thrice a day.

Teeth aren't white, they're not supposed to be. Only deciduous (or milk) teeth are white, hence the name. Adult teeth should be a slight yellow colour which becomes more pronounced through time.
That yellow substance is probably plaque. Maybe you should go all "dentisty".

Twice a day, I floss maybe every other day and I use Lysterine mouthwash about twice a week or so, when I think of it.
I don't use any whitening substances on my teeth, as they will do more harm then good.
