Fentanyl is a synthetic opiate much stronger than heroin. It's been blamed for accidental overdoses when sold as or mixed with heroin. No surprise there. Now here is the weird part. Some drug dealers, from what I gather from this article, have been cutting their cocaine with fentanyl. That just seems counterproductive. "Hey got anything that will keep me awake, euphoric, and excited at the club?" "Sure. Try some of this super-powerful synthetic opiate" It just don't make sense.

Better to cut it with powdered Vitamin B. It gives the same tingly sensation on the gums that coke does, so when it's checked by a prospective buyer, it's difficult to tell it's been stepped on.

Asshat coke dealers, though, often cut it with a baby laxative (I forget the exact name of it), which makes for some twitchy sits on the john.

This is something the anti-drug/gateway whatevers miss out on-not all druggies get along. There are different kinds and they usually annoy each other. Want to frustrate a cokehead? Put him in the room with a pothead. And both of them will bug the living shit out of the heroin addict. And they'll all be annoyed by the guy doing hallucinogens.

I know lots of people who only smoke weed and would never think of going beyond that. The whole "gateway drug" thing is horseshit.

Even when there is cross over (and it happens, even I'll do 'shrums when the opportunity presents itself) there is generally a 'weapon of choice' that drifts that person on one side or the other. I do run into plenty of methheads that smoke pot, but can't stand potheads and potheads who will do a line, but are sketched out by methheads.

What I meant was if the customer wants a speedy, talkative high he probably doesn't want the fentanyl mixed in.

Better yet leave it pure. I know a few people that do this and they have maitianed a loyal customer base. Greed man it it realy the worst thing.
