Nintendo Wii games that should exist

The unique controller of the Wii is enormous fun but suits some types of games more than others - it is a lot better for simulating a samurai sword than it is a gun. What other sports/activities could it be used for in a game?
My immediate thoughts were for a game based around Canadian Seal Clubbing or some kind of English Country Sports compilation of Cricket, Morris Dancing and Fly Fishing.

I want a compilation of baseball bat activites... like hitting pinatas, robbing stores, and occasionally hitting baseballs.

How about you have two wiimotes and have a dual-gun FPS game? or make a nunchuk that has a IR beam on the front like the wiimote and do the same thing?

You can play the target shooting in Wii Play with dual Wii-motes, but I got my lowest score ever when I tried it, because you get bonus points for more than 5 hits in a row... not so easy two handed.

I suggest a merger of our ideas.
NOTE: This browser (the Wii's) was not made for forums... it's awesome at YouTube though. I use it more than the PC due to the zoom.
