Most disturbing opening for a song ever?

I nominate wildfire by Sonata Artica. Here's the opening lyrics:

Oh why are we so sad?
Are we feeling hurt by their evil eyes and all those empty words?
We are thirsty for payback?
What would we like to do with the town?
Wouldn't we like to make it dance (Ha ha ha ha) with the animal?
Would we? Would we?
Tell us, what we would like to do.
Burn it. Burn it all...

Note: The "Oh why are we so sad?" and similar is spoken in a creepy calm voice. The "Burn it. Burn it all" is spoke in a voice full of pain and rage. It's creepy.

In context

"I am an antichrist
I am an anarchist
Dunno what I want
But I know how to get it
I wanna destroy, passersbye"

Was damn disturbing. To those of us for whom the force of the statement has lost it's meaning, it may be more likely that they respond with, "Oh, that's lame! Antichrist and anarchist don't rhyme," but, in context, the statement was a radical departure from the tame and obsequious music that had pre-dated it.

Not to mention that it floors any first-time listener, regardless of what music they might listen to. There's just something about the combination of Steve's guitar sound and John's voice that really clicks.

Of course, the effect is even better when heard on an analogue master, as the digital remasters are (very oddly) slower and have been stepped down a few semitones...

I know, I know I've let you down
I've been a fool to myself
I thought I could
live for no one else
But not through all the hurt and pain
Its time for me to respect
the ones you love
mean more than anything
So with sadness in my heart
I feel the best thing I could do
is end it all
and leave forever
whats done is done, it feels so bad
what once was happy now is sad
I'll never love again
my world is ending

-Komm Susser Tod (Come Sweet Death)

It's a nice, light hearted song till you start actually listening to the lyrics.

The corpses all hang headless and limp
Bodies with no surprises
And the blood drains down like devils rain
Well bathe tonight

Or,

There's a prefab building and a funny smell
Around the hill outside of town
Every now and then we wonder
But we shrug our shoulders
And get back to work

There's a railroad there and trains go by
And there's people locked in cattle cars
And have you noticed
The french fries at the A&W
Taste a little strange?

Both favorites of mine.

"Maggots"

Vile forms of Necros lie rotting my mind
Feasting like maggots - maggots in flesh
So left your ruined cortex behind
Now the maggot knows glee as it nibbles on your spine!

[Chorus:]
Maggots! Maggots!
Maggots are falling like rain!
Putrid pus-pools vomit blubonic plague
The bowels of the beast reek of puke
How to describe such vileness on the page
World maggot waits for the end of the age!

[Chorus]
Beneath a sky of maggots I walked
Until those maggots began to fall
I gaped at God to receive my gift
Bathed in maggots till the planet shit
[Repeat chorus a lot]

Most disturbing midsection of a song - The Kids by Lou Reed off the Berlin LP -

They're taking her children away
Because they said she was not a good mother
Theyre taking her children away
Because she was making it with sisters and brothers...

It's about there that the sound of crying children wells up in the background. This is the kind of music that people insist I turn off when they hear it.

And, although I still think that Anarchy in the U.K. wins for all time, in it's context, I've got one that might have an equal value for this era:

My english teacher had us listen to it as part of a background on To Kill a Mockingbird. I thought it had to do with a mushy squash until he explained it...
