Soon the ipod will actually strangle you with the headphones as you sleep.
Who here honestly believes that iTunes is not made of pure evil?
Amarok FTW!

So that's how I get the Pillows on iTunes. I know they have CDs on iTunes because I saw it on their site, now I know how to get them.
Damn you iTunes, I want my Pillows.

that's criminal. moral of the story - don't rely on itunes for your musical knowledge. or, seeing as you can't buy the music with an american credit card, just search the band on a P2P network and download it for free. that'll learn 'em. cheeky fuckers.
How do you think I felt? Until Apple got around to opening up its iTunes-Japan store, I couldn't get anything from iTunes, even with a US credit card and address.
Someone forgot to mention to Apple that the Internet crosses borders.

They're Apple, they own the audio market, they don't care about your silly realities.
So, basically, you're blaming iTunes for the complexities of the music business?
Oh, and by the way, you're not missing much by not getting the Fratellis. I can think of several far better Scottish bands you probably aren't getting.

We're blaming iTunes for not giving us access to Japanese music.

Since when is iTunes the only place to buy music?
I suggest www.CDBaby.com for new music that you will never hear on the radio.
We're blaming iTunes for not giving us access to Japanese music.
Even if they're probably restricted by bastard record companies? Even if they're not the only place to legally download music? Even if it's entirely possibly for you to acquire the music from somewhere else, legally or illegally?

I don't see why record companies would restrict them from distributing Japanese music, not music that companies have discontinued distribution of in America, but Japanese bands.

And the people in charge wonder why illigal downloads are so popular.
Screw you Apple. My iPod is loaded with ALI project, the Red Army Choir and win.

And the rest of my post?
How are you not getting access to these bands if they're not the only place to legally download music? Even if it's entirely possibly for you to acquire the music from somewhere else, legally or illegally?
