Russia has been up to no good recently, first they smuggle radioactive materials onto a plane and ended up killing at least two people who came in contact with the stuff, they recently took American attempts to build anti-missile bases to protect the US from Iran and North Korea's missiles as a threat, and now they are selling AA weapons to America's enemy. I think WWIII is going to start between communism, Russia and other nations that are being heavily influenced by Islam and America's allies.

I think............ therefore I am.

Actually I think that its nothing. Just the Russians doing there own thing and that stuff is just happening. Unless there are active and plausible threats made against any nation that threaten with the use of a nuclear weapon then maybe I might be a little bit concerned.

This has relevance:

Suppose you are trying to get at someone you don't like at school because they pissed you off, while your trying to get back at him you accidentally offend an old enemy of your who being helping your first enemy out. Would you be suspicious, would you worry about the conflict escalating? Now imaging that in an international level where the terrorists are the first enemy and 9/11 was the thing that pissed you[America] off, while trying to build an anti-missile base near Eurasia which is close enough to block off Russia's tactical advantages you make Russia feel threatened though it was not the original intention, now Russia starts supplying the terrorists with weapons.
Concerned yet?

Don't forget that just recently a Russian citizen was caught in Georgia with 100 grams of weapons grade uranium. That was just a sample. The man claimed to have several kilograms back home to sell. Enough to make a nice bomb.

War movies would suck if that ever happened.

Wars fought with words and souls are far crueler than wars with weapons that undo life. would you rather be blown up or psychologically damaged? Would you rather be a physically wounded soldier on the table while surgeons plan an amputation of one of your legs or would you rather rot in an asylum because the enemy keeps trying to win you over with doctrines and propaganda that conflict with your individual beliefs?

Um, no offence, but WTF are you on about?
Just because...Russia is concerned about Islamic terrorism, stemming from the Central Asian states; so, in fact, is China.
World War Three, to deserve the name, would require two great alliances, or at least two superpowers, fighting.
America fighting modern Russia and Islamic terrorists doesn't deserve the name; so even if Islamic terrorism and the Russian government were to gather together to fight the US, that still wouldn't be WW3, and that in itself is highly unlikely.

The war on terror has already effected the world and caused other incidents around the globe, whose to say who'd join who, which super powers will fight for what?

I know i should be concerned but honestly, im more concerned about terrorist then i am Russia. Last time i checked, Russia was the only industrialized nation that actually has a decreasing population. Im not really concerned with a nation that cant even persuade their own people to live in their country. They might be able to sell stuff like weapons grade uranium and what ever else Russia gots but im still pretty confident in the US to handle what ever problem arrises, even if it goes against world views. If its one thing you can count on the US to do, its to handle its business anyway it sees fit, even if everyone else hates us for it.

Iran is no more America's enemy than Canada is. The only one that's a threat in any sense is their current President, who is on his way out. Once he's out, everything's cool.

One often never survives the furious explosions and machine guns shredding bodies to pieces as if they were just paper dolls, but for those that manage to escape physical harm, the awful battle continues in their minds with shell shock and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Words can be beaten down with reason and logic, with time and thought, but in all my understanding, you cannot argue with a bullet as it enters your brain. You're dead, a stiff, a rotting corpse in the ground with no chance of ever returning to life. Sitting in your bunker as the armies come for you with marching feet and distant artillery, you can only wonder if you are safe from death, but when the war is one of words, you can simply make the armies of words disappear by ignoring them. All you have to do to keep your state of mind is ignore the words that are attacking it in hopes of convincing you or converting you to a point.

So personally, I would prefer the asylum.

Yep. Which is why words only work when your enemies know that heeding them is the only thing that will save them from distruction.

I'd rather be dead than be in an asylum, so I'd rather be filled with bullet holes as napalm bombs drop above me than rot in a white hell hole. Think about it, hell and constant psychological anguish or death without pain.

I guess I'll be the first to point out the argument that WWIII has already come and gone, and that we're now involved in WWIV.

World War IV: Let's call this conflict what it is. (http://www.opinionjournal.com/editorial/feature.html?id=95001493)

While I don't think this idea has been put to good use, as it was used as part of the resoning behind going into Iraq, I do think it's a good argument to call the Cold War WWIII. I'm not quite sure if the current GWOT quite qualifies as a World War. But it's certainly a more accurate name, as the "War on Terror" is a misnomer.

Huh?!?
The first World War was started by no one country. It was result of failed diplomacy, excessive nationalism and, believe it or not, the quest for oil.

The Second World War began in the East when Japan invaded China in 1937.
