What time do you usually goto bed? What time do you usually wake up?

For me, during the week, I goto bed around 3 AM, and I wake up any where from 6:30 AM to 11 AM.

During the week, I go to bed between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM. The alarm goes off at 5:30 AM and I roll out around 6:00. In the summer I'll get up a little earlier because it's light out. On the weekends I'll stay up quite late sometimes, to 2:00 or 3:00 AM, but I set the alarm for 8:30 or so, just to not miss the entire morning. Left to myself, I would be up all night and sleep all day.

Typically I get up at 8:30PM, but when I go to bed varies. I don't have much of a sleep schedule beyond that.

On a work night, I go to bed anywhere from 9 pm (if I'm extraordinarily tired) to 2 am (if I'm caught up doing something or having trouble sleeping). I wake up on work days between 5:30 am and 6:30 am, depending on various things. On the weekends, the earliest I go to bed is around midnight, but I don't have a usual bed time. I wake up on Saturday and Sunday when my dog needs to be taken out to pee; this can be anywhere between 6 am and 10 am. Sometimes I'll go back to bed for a couple hours after that, and sometimes I won't.

During the week I usually go to bed at about 10-11pm and get up at 6:45am.

On weekends (like tonight, it's a long weekend here), it's whatever & whenever.

On a college night I will usually be in bed before 2:00AM, sometimes a bit later. I then get up for college between 7:30AM and 8:00AM. Meaning roughly 5.5 - 6 hours sleep.

On a none-college night I will usually go to bed between 3:00AM and 4:00Am and then get up between 12:00PM and 1:00PM. Meaning aproximately 9 hours sleep.

I would get more sleep on college nights but I have to get up at that time and I can not fall asleep any time before 2:00AM at the very earlyist, I'm just weird like that I guess.

Typically, I nap from time to time as opportunities present themselves, but I usually only need a full-fledged sleep(6 hours or so) once every 3 to 4 days. I've never needed much sleep. That's why I get so much done. :)

Massive lack of sleep, that explains so much.

Usually between midnight and 1 AM. Closer to 1 AM, usually, and sometimes after, because my wife is hyperactive from about 11 PM to 1 AM. She's the strangest person...all evening, she'll be falling over tired, but then at 11 when she probably could go to sleep, she's bouncing off the walls.

I have to be up at 7 AM every weekday and 8 AM on Sundays for Mass. Saturdays, I am lucky if I get to sleep in and catch up on sleep a little bit...if I don't get that, I am usually a walking zombie for most of the following week. Couple that with the fact that I am about 95% sure I have sleep apnea, and it's not a pretty picture.

it's not exactly the most healthy thing I do.....I have been checked into the hospital twice (as recently as last year) for exhaustion, I see spots, I hear voices, I loose sensation in my limbs......I really need to quit not sleeping.

When college is in session I usually go to sleep around 1 AM and wake up at about 6:30 AM and feel fine. Although I usually sleep for about an hour or two when I get home from school. On the weekends I usually go to sleep around the same time and wake up at about 8 AM so its about the same for me.

there is no such thing as "clinically insane", there is legally insane and "experiencing psychological problems" which I would say having hallucinations counts as.

During the week, I'm usually in bed at midnight, as I must be up somewhere around 6:45 three out of the five days of the week.

Christ knows when my roommate goes to bed. I've gotten home from work at 5:00 PM and he still hasn't woken up. As much as I hate to admit it, that really pisses me off, knowing that I've been busting my ass all day, and he's just been passed out after a night of watching television.

I think I'm jealous.

I go to bed anywhere between 2am (when I'm a really good girl) and 6am. Usually probably 3-4am, plus whatever time it takes me to actually fall asleep after going to bed.

That's possible because I can sleep in most days; I usually get up anywhere between 11am and 2pm.
When I have work or whatever, I go to bed at the same time because I'm stupid like that and get up at 8am, so I usually sleep around 3 hours in those nights.

Weekdays usually see me in bed somewhere between 1am and 3am (I have uni at 12, so I'm up at 10am-ish again), and on weekends I usually don't consider going to sleep before 5am - but then again, I don't consider getting up before 2pm, either.

The latter is what my sleep pattern would be if left to my own devices, and uni etc. make me adjust to their schedules as much as need dictates. I pray for late uni next semester, too :]
