It serves the same point that is served by people accusing Anne Coulter of being a man, which is a pretty funny coincidence when you consider that bashing Coulter is just as played out and dull as bashing Clinton.

T-Shirts are for pussies though, you should just tattoo your political sentiments across your chest and go shirtless.

Not when it comes to a Clinton Administration. After all, her husband's follies are going to be on display prominently as well as his violations of the Constitution. Face it. Anyone in the Presidency is going to violate the Constitution whether we like it or not.

Oh and Bush hasn't violated the Constitution any more than past presidents so if you are going to hang him, hang all the others.

I guess I'm a "single-issue voter" too, then, because if I find out that a candidate likes to murder prostitutes in his free time I will refuse to vote for him even if he's got phenomenal "character."

If I find out that a candidate supports human slavery, it won't matter how much "character" she's got...she ain't getting my vote. I guess I should just get over my "single-issue" hang-up.

Far more likely that some of us find ignorance of certain things to be more unpleasant to witness than that of others; thus one's sense of humour flounders and we become stuck up gits. As such, I would reason that the two groups most likely to get their knickers in a twist in this scenario are Clintonites and communists.

I prefer that to being mind-blowingly ignorant. Watching people bask in their own ignorance is mildly amusing, but it's also a little... I don't know, uncomfortable. Like seeing someone walk out of a room naked without realising there's someone else there. When I see idiots making fools of themselves because of extreme ignorance, I can't help but feel a little sorry for them.

So if you claim you're a vegetarian because you've got black hair and big shoes, and I say that you don't know what vegetarianism is if you claim that having black hair and big shoes is a requirement for being a vegetarian, it would stand to reason that I'm a vegetarian?

So everybody kicked up a fuss on humanitarian grounds? I don't buy that for a second. The shirt is obviously intended to be sarcastic and not a statement of fact; we've all seen protesters waving about images of Bush with Hitler's face super-imposed on top, are you seriously going to walk over to a chap who is waving one of those things about, and say in a sober voice, "Actually, there are several striking differences between Hitler's regime and Bush's presidency." I would assume not; however, if somebody was to do such a thing it would very likely be a Bush supporter or a neo-nazi.

If you're going to criticise communism, do it right. Don't paint yourself as an idiot in the process and miss the mark by a mile.

Clearly you seem to be the one missing the mark. I'm not criticising communism, obviously I've made it clear that I'm opposed to it, but I haven't criticised it here. What I have done is point out that communists (and Clintonites) are more likely to be among the group whinging about the finer points of communism in relation to Hilary Clinton than anybody else for obvious reasons.

Stands to reason? Where? In the Harold Lloyd Carter School for unreasonable reason?

So if you claim you're a vegetarian because you've got black hair and big shoes, and I say that you don't know what vegetarianism is if you claim that having black hair and big shoes is a requirement for being a vegetarian, it would stand to reason that I'm a vegetarian?

The fellow claiming to be a vegetarian is doing so as a statement of fact, rather than a light hearted jibe (such as a t-shirt poking fun at how left wing Hilary Clinton is). Now, if the bloke had made a little joke about vegetarianism I wouldn't be totally surprised if some incensed vegetarian started having a hissy fit.

Having their day in court?

Is this a reference to the fact that Bush's regime has continued those illegal detentions without trial?

Or the fact that, despite their being an easy and efficient warranting procedure (turnaround, usually way under 24 hours... almost always granted), this regime chose to introduce a number of illegal monitoring techniques?

You may be whining about the actions of a Democrat, or a Republican. But - unless they are President, there is just no comparison, don't you think?
