Its snowing here in Tucson, Arizona. Thats about 70 miles north of the border for those who dont know.
I would say its about an inch thick on the grass now, but its not sticking to the roads or driveways yet.
I'll see if I can get some pictures though. May be a while though, my parents are intent on taking pictures of everything.
With luck this will hold until tommorow and we can get some really good pictures in the park at morning.

Haven't you guys realized it yet? This is all part of a plot by the North to ensure that the South doesn't "rise again." We can handle the snow whilst you press the panic button after a single inch accumulates.

The North will never take Alabama! It never snows here.

Ah, New Jersey. It can hit 100 degrees and drop a foot of snow in the same year.
I hope for another storm like last year. We went sledding, and the sled we left at the top was coated before we returned from the bottom. Blizzards rule.

Ah, but you must see, this is all part of the process. First the world cools down and goes into an ice age, then it heats up and volcanoes rise up everywhere, then it's cold on one end and warm on the other, then it's warm all over and the polar ice caps melt and we all die.

It snowed in Austin recently, and we had enough sleet accumulate, partially melt and refreeze around here to pretend it was snow.

2mm of snow? Is that even possible?
Hah, you're worrying about an inch of snow. A pacific island got completely evacuated because of the rate the water was rising- on of the highest points was a few metres away from the shoreline (At mid tide, not high tide  ).

you think that's bad. recently in parts of australia, it rained more than the average for this month in one day, flooding some areas in south australia and victoria (i think).
and i have a strong feeling it's rained more in summer than it has in winter, which definitely is wrong for south australia...
A fellow Alabamian? Interesting...
That explains a lot about both of you:p
