I like the Ohio class. But the new ones that Russia's testing look ubersexy.

It's been years since I used to play that game with my friends, but I definitely remember doing very well with Kirby. I am a fan of any character who looks small, pink, cute, and lovable, and then whacks you with a giant freaking mallet.

I use Marth and Doctor Mario. I'm better with Doctor Mario, but like playing as Marth more.

I play Samus. Never could get the hang of Link.
Kirby is my second choice.

I'm a master with Samus, and I'm good with Link, too.

I'm passable with either Link or Young Link; being better with Link by a slight margin. I actually managed to fight the head of my gaming club to a standstill, even if the "curse of n00b" got me in the end (curses!:headbang:)...

Falco all the way. Fox would be a close second, though falco is alot more fun for me.

HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE KIRBY?!?!?!? HE IS SUPREME! <('-'<) (^'-'^) (>'-')>

1) Kirby- He flies, he turns into a heavy stone, and he can slap you off a cliff with his blue slash of death (Final Strike)

2) Fox- With his reflector shield and rocket boost attack.

3) Pikachu- Can summon lightning bolts and jolts. Also has considerable jump. (Pichu is basically the same, just with a tradeoff of some physical (not elemental) power for some agility)

4) Link- Good mix of long- and short-range attacks. Also has powerful Finishing Blow/Ending Strike move.

5) Samus- Chargeable blast and flamethrower.

No one appreciates Ness. My number 3, personally.

It's probably because people underestimate his ^B move.

But he has much more downfalls than some of the others.

Aye, 3 or 4 or so hits possible, may cause you to slam into oblivion sword first. I remember it as Final Cutter.

Link's pretty sweet, but nothing compares to doing the suicide jump with Donkey Kong. Just grab the other player of choice and jump off the ledge. There's no escape.

I feel like elaborating on the Ice Climbers a bit.

1st) double items- both of the climbers can have weapons, which can give devastating damage attacks, like pinning someone with two ray guns and shooting them till they have like 140% damage.

2nd) Girl can be used as meatshield- if someone shoots something powerful at you, like Samus' charge gun, run away and the girl will lag behind and take the bullet for you.

3rd- grab someone with the boy and use the girl to beat them up, works very well if the girl has an item.(especially baseball bats)

EDIT: Also, something I just noticed, is the you put Peach as an option. Trying to fight in a pink dress with what seems to be a Mario doll makes you lose at life.

In my brain, smoke and mirrors can still be ninja-like. However, I have a different view of ninjas then most people. *shrugs*

They need to have proper Din's Fire as an item.

From the list, Marth is my favorite. Although I'm pretty good with all of them.

I'm enjoying all the Kirby-love in this thread, as my friends used to make fun of me for playing as him. ("Ha ha, you're such a girl! You would pick the cute pink fluffy character!")

Of course, a few minutes later, the same friends would generally be yelling, "Ouch! Dammit, stop EATING me!!!" :D

Anyway, in order:

My character of choice is Samus, although I like Captain Falcon and Link. I could never stop Fox from doing that zippy thing straight off a cliff.

Oh, and anyone who uses Pikachu has earned my undying hatred.
