Training
What're you trained in or rather what did you study in college? If you haven't gone yet then what do you hope to study?
When I get around to declaring, I'll be a political science major, with minors in psychology and Russian.
I did a double arts major in Politics/International Studies.

I'm doing engineering right now. Engineers with the ink still dry on their diplomas get payed an assload here in the US.

I suppose I have been trained in every job I have ever had, which I would list, but it's extensive and evokes a lot of  responses.

Majored in Philosophy. More importantly, I later graduated from six weeks of truck-driving school with an A average. :)

I'm planning to major in chemistry when I go to college.
I've got a degree in Politics - quite a common subject on this forum I'd imagine.

My course is called Political Science... however none of my lecturers call themselves political scientists, instead they call themselves political analysts (and I call them pretentious twats) and more interested with the foucault-habermas debate... that is so gross... I only just noticed the lewdness of that phrase. But yeah, they're rabid anti-americans who think that the americans can only think of things in numbers. Okay... not all of them completely like that.

Job training I had that wasn't really training was for a janitor/dishwasher and a lab technician in an optics lab. I'm going to uni next year for a pre-med major in biochemistry, and if I get into the school I want (although I've pretty much ruined my chances because it's late and I killed all of my grades), I'll go for biochem and minor in Italian.

First I was trained as a musician playing jazz and classical and studying composition. Got as far as an AA.
Then I trained in film production so that I can do a job I could have done before I got the degree (BA). But I also specialized in screenwriting.
Then I returned to what started me pursuing the film degree, playwrighting, getting a graduate degree in it.
All that so I could answer phones for a reality show that probably won't make it to air, much less past the pilot...(I actually freelance while I still write plays and screenplays, this particular assignment just happens to chew...)
