Drawings By Mail (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=508026) failed, apparently breaking Ruffy's heart (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=515058), so here's a replacement doo-dad that should make everything all better...
It's called ROXIK PICTAPS (http://roxik.com/pictaps/), and lets you create a 3D rave scene using basic MS Paint skills. Just adjust the body template to the proportions you want, draw a character onto that template, name it, and the program will turn it into a dancing 3D figurine, surrounded by dozens of cheering clones and set to a mellow techno beat. :cool:
You can copy-paste the URL of your creation to share with others, or browse the database of figures submitted so far.

Ah, cheer up... If you really have your heart set on making a Pacman lookalike, you can switch over to canvas mode and drag around the template borders as you see fit. Just watch out for the joints -- it'd look weird for "Joel" to be bowing at the middle of his face.
