Am in the restaurant business also. It is very difficult and will tip the hat to you for making it a year. Your five year mark will be another milestone. Statistically after 5 years in business it is considered a success.

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in Thai and western cuisine. I bake our own bread and all our own pies, and my wife is a highly experienced chef of Thai food. Our restaurant is in Chiang Mai, in northern Thailand, about 200km from the Burmese border. Are you local?
