Drought? I hate droughts. We had one recently in Colorado and Denver Water put on mandatory restrictions, you could only water your lawn and garden on designated days and there were penalties for people who used more than their allotted share, all that. People were good about it and conserved and water use dropped 20% or something like that. The next year the water company complained they weren't selling enough water and raised the rates. :rolleyes:
