Working at a Coffee Shop that only sold Coffee so that I don't have to learn how to make Espressos and Capuccinos but somebody would be on hand to make those things for ME, if I wanted one. And I'd get paid with a potato sack of money at the end of the day. And I could read on the job. And go on the internet. And be rude to customers. And I could rest on a couch. And there would be a water bed. And a pool. And a pool table. And video games. And a corner where hot nude people were doing jumping jacks all day. Yeah. Dream job.

My dream job would require twisting the boundaries of time and space a bit, since it would be something like "music teacher at selective private high school by day, professional choral singer by afternoon, rock star by night, poet on weekends, neuroscience researcher every other Thursday, linguist Tuesday afternoons, who gets starring roles on Broadway every few years and participates in paleontological digs in the summer in between raising a few kids, taking in abandoned pets, and volunteering for numerous good causes, and who still gets plenty of sleep every night." I'm sure I'm leaving out a few key elements, too. :)

Depends on how you classify studying. UK medical degrees are 5-6 years (Manchester one is 5), with 2 years junior doctor and senior doctor after that. It'll be a while before I could potentially become an oncologist, but not before I'm a practicing doctor. All of this is subject to whether I actually get in yet though...

That's what untrained personnel would do. Librarians would do that only if there's a shortage of personnel... so I got to do it quite a lot. I liked it, actually.

I'm applying in September, so in that time I have to find some relevant work experience (shouldn't be hard, I have a car and there's 4 hospitals in quick driving distance from here/1 in my home town) and, assuming they grant me an interview based on my application, impress them.
