I was just listening to this exchange and I want to strangle the customer support people. They can't understand the difference between .002 cents/kb and .002 dollars/kb. Anyway, just wanted to share the frustration and anger and to let people know about another company ripping off it's customers through ignorance this time instead of just greed.

Yes, Verizon customer service really is terrible. I've had some major disputes with them, most of which turned out alright, but were still very frustrating to go through. Their stupid "Network" can kiss my arse.
