Sorry For Caps, They Are The Only Way I Can Type Right Now.
What Happened Is Somehow, Whenever I Type Lowercase On Ns, It Comes Out In Hebrew, And I Will Now Demonstrate.
Sקק איןד ןד 'ישא ישפפקמקד 'יקמ I ארט אם אטפק ןמ Ns.
That Was Supposed To Be "see This Is What Happenes When I Try To Type On Ns".
Now Having To Hold Down Shift(not To Mention Search For The Period, Did I Mention That?) Is Getting Really Annoying, So Bye Till I Fix This.
(HEY, DID ANYONE ELSE KNOW JOLT AUTO DECAPITILIZES ALL BUT THE FIRST LETTER OF EVERY WORD? BECAUSE I DIDN"T.)

I have seen this before (different alternate language though)

Go to control panel
Regions and languages
under the advanced tab make sure "Language for non unicode programs" is set correctly to english (or your native language)

Well you need to know its distro and or version under linux too ... depending on the problem.

How would you determine a package inconsistency unless ya knew they were running debian sarge and that the backport for the BOINC manager and client was a bit fubar at the minuit.

Yes! It works now!
I can explain the Hebrew. Until just now, it was the only alphabet besides English's installed on my computer. Still no idea what the hell happened, but I don't care as long as it's not happening now.
