Waste of more lives.

And I also don't see why the Iraqi government doesn't want them. They might be actually useful for helping out with what's currently occuring (i.e. a civil war) instead of just killing them, which is a bit of a waste of their... urmm... talents.

One would presume they'll either (a) keep out the baying crowd or (b) search everybody to make sure theres no recording of the 'baying'.
