No, they did not. I tried crusading endlessly, tirelessly, without thought for myself, but those tasty, tasty snacks were never added to my school's canteen.

Trust me, you don't want them to serve tacos. It'll ruin your taste for them.

My second high school had a charetered company do its lunches. I beleive it was (in reality) some sort of cardboard manufacturer, since, when struck against the table, the pizza tended to make a sort of 'thwunk' noise.
They did good fries on occasion though.

I think my first high school used some sort of recycled C-rations, because their food tended to be swimming in some unidentifiable preservative substance (one has to hope). We theororized that the occasional lump of red/grey stuff was composed of whatever the 'cooks' (for lack of a better term) could catch and force into a blender, which was then textured and forced into blocks.
I will always recall the day a kid found a very small bone in one such meat-block. Definitly not of avian origin.

Alas, this was a tourist town on the edge of nowhere, and another little BEBW (Blue Eyes, Blond Hair) girl had just gone missing somewhere, so nobody cared.

My school never served lunch of any description. We brought our own or went into town a bought some.

Yes, way back in Junior High, in the before time, in the long long ago, and it was a glorious day every time they did it, even though in general they sucked, for they did not suck as bad as the lima bean casserole or what they called sloppy joes, and because they served it with buttered corn, and man do I love buttered corn.

Mine has them and they're ok, although I'm scared of tacos altogether now...

yeah at our school we once got a choice of beef tacos with hot sauce or bean burritos. Fortunately this was only once. ;)

In high school they did so, and every time (I'd assume, I only had them twice) they were terrible, as evidenced by the short line on taco day.

Yes, of course. But I will not eat them. Tacos are not burritos and therefore, they suck.
