I need help. I heard this song in a video clip, and I have NO IDEA who sings it or what it's called. It's an acoustic song. Here are the lyrics:

I don't think it's actually part of the game. It's a seperate clip, from Almost (skateboarding company). But I can't find anything on their website. So I was just hoping someone had heard the song.
