i heard the theme from the original star trek series on tv just now. i turned to look, thinking that it was the intro to a SNL skit.

it was an ad for the H2 hummer. whats up with that?

"to boldly go where no man has gone before"

*hates the split infinitive*

that's my guess, I mean the H2 is big, and it can probably run over things most people can't with their cars.
Cannot think of a name

Kitsch sales hopes, as they try to sell to people in their 30s.

But an H2 is the adult equivalent of putting a playing card in the spokes of your bicycle wheels, fuck the H2 (http://fuh2.com/)

Why did they have to take a vehicle like the Hummer and ruin it by making the H2? If you want to boldly go where no man has gone before then get the original.

What was the theme of the commercial?

it was that the H2 can run well in the snow. not exactly where no man had gone before.

im at a loss as to who their target market is. people who think that driving in snow is a great feat? the last one i noticed was the mother who got one because the other kids were pushing her daughter around at the playground.

hummer, car of very strange loser types?
