That's a pointless way to spend $$. Maybe that state is different, but a reissue of a driver's license is $60 a pop here. No exceptions.

yeah, well, I am getting sick of our neighbor kids asking us to do it again, we did it once, for fun.......and it was fun, but now we are so over it.
