Colorado is on blizzard watch again. My son keeps telling me that this isn't normal. My car is under a foot of snow and my daughter is landing in Colorado Springs in a matter of minutes. I'm learning to dislike snow.

And oddly, we haven't had so much as a frost in NY. I'm still finding spiders around my house.

Does someone know what Pedro said? 'Cause he says it almost revealed his identity!

When I lived in Colorado Springs I always thought that winter was rather mild there, but having lived in Michigan for most of my life my standards are probably a bit different. Still, this winter has been extremely odd, we only had snow on the ground for a couple of days.

Wow. I'm sure I was refered to as 'Pedro the Donkey' by someone a long time ago?! Hmm.
Anyway, as for blizzards and the like, we almost had snow in NZ on Christmas Day.

Yeah, thanks for that. Came pretty damn close. Hail in a few places I think. I hate NZ weather but it looks like summer is slowly arriving. Only a month late.

Colorado is merely experiencing global warming, which gives you a storm with 24 inches of snow in 24 hours, followed a few days later by a storm that gives you over a meter of snow.

I'm in Welly too. It was nice yesterday and got pretty sunny near the end of today. Summer is on the way... Just as I leave to go on holiday!
