Animal rights terrorists should be sent to Guantanamo for life.

It seems an animal rights terrorist group has poisoned juice. They claim to have done it to protest animal testing. Clearly this is terrorism. To make a point about some animals they've decided to endanger the lives of random people. If anyone deserves to be locked up for life, it's terrorist scum like this. Send 'em to Guantanamo and let them bunk with Islamofascist terrorists. Let's see how the two groups get along.

I'm not really up for anyone being sent to Gitmo, but this is disgusting. It's a blatant act of hypocrisy, and it's terrifying that people would go to that extreme to protest against testing on animals.

Yep, thats terrorism. On a scale of one to World Trade Centre its pretty low, but still a terror attack. Catch them, try them, and if found guilty, lock them up.

EDIT: Assuming of course that they actually did this and aren't just talking shit - which still would be criminal, I guess.

It is terrifying, and I think that points to how animal testing is terrifying. People take desperate measures in response to desperate situations. I don't support terrorism, but I think that it has to be taken seriously and understood as rooted in a desperate problem that needs to be remedied. What those people did isn't right, though, and they need to be brought to justice, as someone already mentioned.

EDIT: But sending them to Guantanamo isn't my idea of "justice." There's so much wrong with that proposition I don't know where to start. And I don't see what's funny about it, either.

Lay off the fuckin' crack.

I wonder if the POM president, will seek a coalition of the willing.

get a few perfume and shampoo companies to join them.

Find a peace of forest where they think these activists might be and drop a few tons of shampoo on it.

Animal rights people who pull shit like this should be summarily executed. That should teach them which life form is more important.

Animal rights - quite possibly the most ridiculous justification for terrorism.

Animal rights terrorists should be rounded up and experimented on in labs

It's not meant to be funny. They should be treated like other terrorists.

I have a simpler proposition. One that should quite put a damper on future animal rights terrorists.

Round said criminals up, and provide them with a rifle and several rounds (blanks of course, but don't let them know). Next, drop them in the center of a lion/tiger reserve. Videotape their attempts to continue living.

If they shoot the animals, broadcast to the world how these people are hypocrites, putting their convenience above that of other animals. If they don't, show them how nature doesn't care about said activists.

Yes, but first a chimp gets taken to a zoo while they watch, then they get to ride back to the lab in the chimp cage.

I support most animal rights groups, but not the ALF 'cause they're completely insane. You could maybe understand poisoning meat or something (still wrong and stupid but at least kind of relevant to their agenda, whereas poisoning juice is just plain dumb, because vegetarians and all sorts could get ill. I doubt the juice company advertises that it's tested on animals too.)

I think that the ALF need to realise that humans are animals too, and most of them are just as dumb and idiotic. Sure, stand up for animal rights but don't ignore human rights in the process, that's just hypocrisy.

Also, PETA need to realise that no matter how many emails they send to me on the same damn topic, I'm not gonna give them any more money!

agreed.

"Those who drink the contaminated juice won't die like the animals in pom labs, but the diarrhea, vomiting and headaches will hopefully send a strong message that people will no longer allow innocent defenseless animals to be tormented and killed for a health juice," the communiqué states.
they can only HOPE that what they put in the juice won't cause a death, but all you need is one person allergic to it... Then it's murder.

The North American Animal Liberation Press Office distributed a communiqué it received that claimed credit for the juice poisoning and was signed "animal rights militia." POM Wonderful, which makes pomegranate juice, has been a target of animal activists since it was revealed the company uses animals, such as newborn mice and rabbits, to test its juice and show its health benefits.gee... I wonder how they're testing the Juice from the Pomegranate? probably by feeding it to them?

Do they know that a Pomegranate is a FRUIT?

nah, they should become the test subjects... replacing the animals they fight for. Scientists would get a more accurate reading of the affects of such things, and they will save alot of animal's and human lives.

I think they should be arrested and forcefed thier own tainted juice, every single day, for decades.
