You're all nuts...

...but I love you :)

Some of you seem arrogant, some insensitive, some completely loopy (decide your own word for me :)), but you all have your own opinions and don't just follow mass opinion because it's easier - and even when someone posts a view that's completely different from anyone else's posted view on that subject so far, you generally accept that they have a different opinion and simply argue your point instead of just throwing a load of personal insults at them - unlike many of the posters on http://www.salfordstudents.com

For being yourselves, for respecting other people's right to state their views even if you disagree with them, for not acting like robots, I thank you

I love you all - not in a gay way or relationshippy way, nor as my brothers or sisters, but as my fellow human beings

Have a nice day :fluffle:

I'll agree with most of what you say, however, they're some that prefer to insult and attack on a personalize level if you have a different opinion than them. Some also like to falsely accuse you of being a "strawman" or "troll" for having a different view. Actually, it happens quite a bit. To think Positive, I suppose it could happen more than it does. :D

Awww...this makes me warm and happy.

Which is a good thing considering the two feet of snow we're being gobsmacked with right now.

On a side note, how far are you from Colorado Springs? I just moved here from Southern California, is this weather normal?

I live in England so have no idea. It's freezing outside here.

I used to live in Colorado Springs, and it does snow a bit there. You won't get much, but when you do get it you get a respectable amount. I never thought it was enough to worry about, but I'm from Michigan. It doesn't get really cold in Colorado very often, but when it does get cold it gets bitterly cold.

It's been snowing since early morning. And the wind is blowing. We're supposed to get two feet from what I hear. My son who works in Boulder and lives in Arvada, has been trying to drive home for the past two hours. If this isn't much compared to Michigan, I don't think I would like Michigan.
