The very best I know of is "Master of Olympus: Zeus/Master of Atlantis: Poseidon"
I've also heard "Titan Quest" and "God of War" are good. What I really want is a game where you can be all the classical heroes/heroines (Jason, Theseus, Heracles, Perseus, Bellerophon, Atalanta, The Dioscuri, Melampus, Chiron, Zetes/Calais, Peleus/Telamon, Autolycus, Menelaus, Hector, Achilles, Odysseus...you get the idea) and do adeventures that are straight from Classical Mythology, but also hypothetical. Something like "X-Men: Legends" would be fun, although I doubt they have it. Any help?

The only good game I remember with a significant mythology component is Age of Mythology, but that's an RTS with Greek, Egyptian and Norse mythology included.

Titan Quest was good if you don't mind playing a fun, good-looking Diablo clone.
